Kicking off the weekend I’m heading to the Kelowna Farmer’s and Crafter’s Market.  This weekend they are featuring authentic Persian food with customizable lunch plates from $5 to $15. Stop by the market from 8-1, right across the street from the mall.

Sunday is a busy one. The morning starts out at the lake for PIHL Paddle for Prevention.  At 8am I will either be on a paddle board or in the lake- balance. Paddle for Prevention is a fun-raising event in support of those living with a brain injury. Learn more about the event or checkout other ways to you can help on their website. And finally, the race is on to win the coveted Gold Paddle.

Feast of Fields falls on the Sunday afternoon from 1-4pm. I will be heading out to the Caldwell Heritage Farm, come find me and wander to around 40 different food and beverage vendors. The event is all ages and tickets are not for sale at the gate.  Check out the website to learn more about the event. Or click here to get your tickets now!

House of Rose Winery is hosting Diva Days from 1-5pm on Sunday as well. A fabulous event to celebrate ladies! Enjoy live entertainment, different vendors, grab a bite at the food truck or get in on some tasting. The event is all ages, so stop by anytime between 1-5pm.

The Parks Alive! theme is Songs of Summer  Friday and Saturday at 6:30pm in Kerry Park.
