It's been Emotional. My Time As Fun Seeker

So the time has come to hang up my Fun Seeker Cap and hand back the keys to amazing Honda Fun Car.

Being my first year living in Kelowna, even Canada for that matter, I've had the best fast track experience of how you guys do it over here, that anyone could ask for.

I got to see so many events, activities, and festivals, I feel like a true Kelownianite, lol.

But the best part of my time as Fun seeker was working with so many great people at Bell Media. From start to finish, everyone (and I mean everyone) has been so welcoming, encouraging and friendly, I feel like I'm part of a new family.

Mainly however, I'd like to thank everyone who has enjoyed my crazy northern English voice on the radio, and a shout out to all the people who came a complimented me on what they have heard from me over the summer.

So I've put together some words and images to highlight the best moments of my time as Fun Seeker for the best radio station in Kelowna...

My First Weekend Event Was the Knox Mountain Hill Climb.... I remember it like it was only a few months back... oh wait... it was.

Going to Silver Star was one of the best parts of my job. Went to the Gondola Grand Opening, volunteered to be in a dunk tank, and went downhill mountain biking. So awesome.

I never sat down too much whilst being Fun Seeker... maybe because I broke chair quite early on.

Myself and Ari were part of the Kelowna Cruise Kick Off to Summer, unfortunately summer forgot to show up that day.

Wind and rain became an issue a other events throughout the summer too. But this never 'dampened' my spirits, as you can tell by my glowing smile.

The Fat Cat's Children Festival was great Fun and I got to meet a Cat that was apparently Fat... or maybe just carrying a little extra holiday weight.

So many great visits to Orange Theory Fitness over the summer. Man! they do a good workout!! #morelife

The Slo-Pitch Charity Tournament was cool, and so were the Okanagan Lifestyle Jersey. I had to buy one... for charity of course.

I'll definitely miss my Fun Seeker Car and my frequent visits to Bubbles Car Wash. They always gave a 'polished' job and would really 'shine' in their work.

One of the Best things I did as Fun Seeker is going on the Flyboard with Hydrofly Kelowna. On of the most exhilarating experiences I've ever had.

Being part of Kelowna Pride Festival was an honor. A worthy march and parade to show equal rights within our society.

Evenign Golf at Orchard Greens Golf was an experience like no other. I'd highly recommend these guys.

Me in a swimsuit... sorry.

I got meet and learn from a great Announcer who has now moved to Edmonton for a new career. Kylie I wish you love and success.

Comic Con was so cool.... yes, I'm a Geek! and proud!!

The Paddle for Prevention was my first time ever on a Paddle Board... and it was a race! Had a great team with me! Well done guys.

Once again, thank you to everyone who came and said hello, joined in with my crazy antics and had a blast with me along the way!!

I'm feeling the love right now!!
