Another round of NB firefighters head to BC to held battle wildfires

The New Brunswick government says a new group of firefighters is travelling to British Columbia to help battle forest fires in that province.

A division supervisor and a strike team leader from the Department of Energy and Resource Development left Monday for Kamloops.

Four forest rangers and four fire crew members are heading to Prince George Tuesday.

The province says a total of 64 New Brunswickers who have spent time helping in British Columbia this summer.
