Apply for anterless deer hunt permit starting Monday

The New Brunswick government says hunters will be able to apply for permits for this year's antlerless deer hunt starting on Monday.

The application period runs until August 18th and the province says the number of permits has increased to 21-hundred, up from 18-hundred last year.

The additional 300 permits are primarily in central and southern New Brunswick.

Hunters can apply for the draw through the Department of Energy and Resource Development's e-licensing system and results will be available September 5th.
