Atlantic Canadian exporters take part in trade mission to U.K., Netherlands
Twenty-five exporters from the Atlantic provinces will be joining government officials next week on a trade mission to the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
The mission will focus on food, information technologies, infrastructure, building products and services, suppliers of clean technology and renewables, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
The delegation will begin work in London on Sunday, moving to Rotterdam later next week.
Officials say trade between Atlantic Canada and European Union countries totaled $2.5 billion last year.
