Fire displaces ten from Moncton apartment building

An overnight fire in Moncton has displaced ten people from an older, five-unit apartment building.

The Canadian Red Cross says the people affected are nine adults and a toddler, adding that there were no injuries.

The blaze was reported around 1 a.m. Wednesday at 258 to 264 Robinson Street.

Disaster volunteers with the Red Cross have been assisting those displaced.
