Fredericton Police officer subject of Police Act Investigation
The Fredericton Police Force says one of its officers has been reassigned to administrative duties while a Police Act Investigation is conducted.
In a press release, the force says a conduct complaint was filed to investigate the officer's actions following a call for service on Saturday May 4.
The officer will remain on administrative duties until the investigation is complete.
The Fredericton Police Force says notice has been filed with the New Brunswick Police Commission.
