Horizon seeks feedback from patients

If you recently received care in an outpatient clinic, the Horizon Health Network may ask for your feedback.

The health authority is conducting its first-ever Ambulatory Care Clinic Patient Experience Survey.

President and CEO Karen McGrath said the feedback will provide them with an opportunity to make improvements.

The survey focuses on patients' overall experience, and questions focus on areas such as the appointment wait time, clarity of instructions and explanations, and staff courtesy and professionalism.

The survey will run until March 3.
