Jump in NB pump prices

It'll cost you more for a fill up this morning in New Brunswick.

The experts were right with their prediction of an increase in fuel prices ahead of the Thanksgiving Day long weekend.

After the Energy and Utilities Board reset prices last night, the price of gas has jumped 2.8 cents per litre, while diesel is up 4.4 cents.

The new maximum for regular self-serve gas is is $1.32 and diesel is now set at $1.41.9.

Most stations across the province will sell fuel for a few cents less than the maximum prices.
