Local teacher to be honoured with national award

A local teacher will be honoured with a national award.  

Carolyn Barnhart, of Fredericton High School, will recieve the Prime Minister's Award for Teaching Excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. 

Barnhart, who teaches chemistry and environmental science at FHS, gets a thousand dollars and a certificate signed by the prime minister.  

The same honour goes to  Benjamin Kelly of Caledonia Regional High School in Hillsborough.
