N.B. appoints first woman to lead NB Liquor board of directors
New Brunswick has appointed the first woman in the province's history to lead NB Liquor's board of directors.
Rachelle Gagnon of Moncton has been a member of the board of directors since 2013 and has held many senior positions on boards and associations at the federal and provincial levels.
She is currently vice-president of administration with Assumption Life, having been there for over 20 years, and she holds degrees in psychology and public administration, as well as an MBA.
NB Liquor is a provincial Crown corporation that handles the purchase, importation, distribution and retail of all alcoholic beverages in the province.
