Planet Hatch signs partnership agreement with Chinese-based acceleration organization

Planet Hatch in Fredericton has signed a mutual soft landing zone partnership agreement with Chinese-based Walnut Accelerator.

The agreement between the two acceleration organizations will enable start-ups and growth stage companies to locate within each other's spaces, creating a more supportive environment for trade and investment activity.

Officials say the agreement comes on the heels of several reciprocal trade visits between high level Canadian and Chinese private and public sector leaders this fall.

The agreement is the first of its kind between an organization in Atlantic Canada and Western China.
