Police arrest pair after traffic stop in Fredericton

A traffic stop in Fredericton last night resulted in the seizure of a number of drugs and 2 arrests.

Sgt. Justin LeBlanc says members of the Fredericton Police Force Primary Response team were conducting a routine traffic stop on Kimble Drive around 10:00 last night when they discovered a quantity of amphetamine pills, Crystal meth, heroin among other controlled substances.

Two adult males were arrested at the scene and will appear in court at a later date.

They're facing multiple drug charges as well as charges of possession of property.
