expand Moncton business centre with provincial support

Real estate company says it is expanding its business centre in Moncton and plans to create up to 30 jobs in the next three years, with support from the New Brunswick government.

The company, which was founded in Moncton in 1998, has more than 110 franchise operators across Canada.

It recently entered into a master franchise agreement in Australia and is also working on an expansion into the United States.

The government says Opportunities NB will invest $150,000 into $3.6 million worth of payroll over four years to support the creation of the jobs.

The funding comes in the form of payroll rebates, which are performance based.
