Province to hold public meetings in wake of ice storm
New Brunswickers will get to share their experiences and give feedback on the response to a brutal ice storm that left more than 130,000 people without power in January.
The province has scheduled meetings in Bas-Caraquet, Lamèque, Miramichi, Richibucto and Tracadie from April 3 to 6.
Feedback will form part of a review by New Brunswick's most senior public servant, Judy Wagner.
Her report, with recommendations, will be completed by July.
You can also submit feedback by email.
The province says more than 2,400 damage reports have been received through the disaster financial assistance program to date, and more than 560 health and safety inspections have been completed.
