RCMP say three people arrested after drugs, cash, firearms seized from Tobique First Nation home

Three people have been arrested after cash, drugs, and firearms were seized from a Tobique First Nation home. 

Police say a drug search warrant was executed on Wednesday, and prescription pills, a quantity of what they believe to be hashish and other drug paraphernalia were seized, along with three firearms and an undisclosed amount of cash. 

A 25-year-old man, a 23-year-old woman, and a 21-year-old woman were arrested, but have since been released on a promise to appear in court at a later date. 

The investigation is ongoing.
