Small decrease at the pumps expected

A little bit of a break is possible at the pumps this week!

Industry analysts say New Brunswick drivers could be treated to a very small decrease if any change in the price of both gas and diesel when the Energy and Utilities Board resets prices at midnight tonight.

Regular self-serve gas is currently set at a maximum $1.17 and if the price drops, it may only be by about half a cent. The price of diesel is $1.32.7

Across the province, retailers are selling for anywhere from $1.11.9 to $1.13.9 cents per litre.
