Two men arrested at alleged medical marijuana business in Campbellton

Police say two men have been arrested at a Campbellton business that identifies itself as a medical marijuana dispensary.

Mounties say a 33-year-old from Dieppe and a 22-year-old from Riverview were arrested Friday after officers executed a search warrant on Subway Street.

Police say they seized a substantial amount of what's believed to be marijuana, and other edible marijuana products, along with cash.

Mounties say they began their investigation on Dec. 30 after receiving several complaints about the business.

The two men were released from custody and are due in provincial court in June to face drug-related charges.
