Two people facing charges after drugs seized from Hartland home: RCMP
RCMP say two people are facing charges after drugs were seized from a Hartland home.
The 41-year-old man and 28-year-old woman, both from Hartland, were arrested after the West District RCMP executed a search warrant on Monday.
Officers from the Woodstock and Saint-Léonard detachments conducted the search, and police say a quantity of drugs were seized.
Jeremy Macaskill and Melissa Trecartin have both been charged with possession of cocaine and cannabis for the purpose of trafficking and with possession of methamphetamine.
They appeared in Woodstock Provincial Court on Tuesday and are set to return to court on May 29th.
The pair have been released from custody.
