**Updated** Car stolen during armed robbery in Fredericton

Police in Fredericton say a car was stolen during an armed robbery on the city's south side Wednesday night.

Spokesperson Heidi Cyr said officers responded to the 1300 block of Regent Street around 6:30 p.m.

No one was hurt, Cyr said, and both the suspect and the vehicle have not been located.

Police say the suspect is described as a Caucasian male, about 30 years old, 5'11" tall with light brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark, long pants.

The stolen vehicle is a silver 2012 Ford Focus with New Brunswick license plate JLP 254.
