Driver crashes into medical centre in Shediac


The Times and Transcript reports the Shediac Regional Medical Clinic was badly damaged after a driver crashed into it Monday afternoon.

RCMP were called to the Vitalité health centre on Main Street in Shediac around 5:00 p.m.

Police tell the paper a man in his 80s crashed his vehicle into the side of the building cause significant damage to both.

The paper reports there were no injuries in the incident, alcohol is not considered a factor and no charges were laid, but police say the driver is having his licence reviewed.
