Apple Planning To Change iPhone Charging Cable (AGAIN?)

Looks like that new iPhone 7 might already be irrelevant!

According to a new article from The Wall Street Journal the next iPhone will reportedly use USB-C for charging (instead of the lighting cable):

“Apple would introduce other updates including a USB-C port for the power cord and other peripheral devices instead of the company’s original Lightning connector. The models would also do away with a physical home button. Those updates would give the iPhone features already available on other smartphones.”

Other rumored features for iPhone 8 include: a curved screen, wireless charging, and a shaterproof display.
