A new long term study shows that if you want to live past 90, drinking alcohol actually beats exercise!
The University of California discovered that people who drank around two glasses of wine or beer in a day were 18% less likely to experiance a premature death than those who abstained from alcohol. The people who exercise daily cut the same risk by 11%.
Maybe instead of a gym membership we should all just meet up at the bar?
