James Franco Accused Of Sexual Misconduct By Five Women

Multiple women have come forward to accuse James Franco of innapropriate behaviour after he won his Golden Globe on Sunday while wearing a Times Up pin. Times Up is the organization put together by over 300 women in Hollywood to raise money for legal fees of women who are dealing with sexual assault cases. 

Sarah Tither-Kaplanis an actress who tweeted “Remember a few weeks ago when you told me the full nudity you had me do in two of your movies for $100/day wasn’t exploitative because I signed a contract to do it?”

Violet Paley, tweeted the same night, "Cute #TIMESUP pin James Franco. Remember the time you pushed my head down in a car towards your exposed penis & that other time you told my friend to come to your hotel when she was 17? After you had already been caught doing that to a different 17 year old?"

Franco has also been accused of removing the protective guards that actors wear when acting out sex scenes in the middle of a scene James has spoken out about this explaining that he supports the rights of women to to call out acts of sexual misconduct but said any claims about himself are completely inacurate.
