Laughing Adds HOW MUCH To Your Lifespan?

Hapiness and laughter are hands down some of the BEST emotions us humans can feel in life!

But did you know laughter can actually make you live LONGER?

 

According to new resaerch out of Osaka University in Japan.

Those that laugh for an average of 5 to 10 seconds at a time, ultimately end up extending their lifespan by 10 MINUTES every time they laugh.

Alongside lowering blood pressure and reducing physical pain, the study also shows laughing for 10 to 15 minutes at a time can also burn 50+ CALORIES!
