Netflix says over 45 million accounts have watched 'Bird Box'
Last week, Sandra Bullock's new movie was released. "Bird Box", based on the novel written in 2014, sparked the attention of over 45 million Netflix accounts in its first week, which made it the best opening week ever for a Netflix film.
Bird Box, which has inspired a ton of mems, centers on Bullock's character Malorie who has to protect her family from a mysterious force that causes you to kill yourself if you see it. As Malorie and her children set out in search of a safe place, they have to find their way there with blindfolds on in order to remain unharmed.
John Malkovich, Sarah Paulson are also in the film. (If only everyone just listened to Malkovch's opnion in the movie!! amirite??! )
