Protein Lovers, You'll Love Salami Chips
OMG I need to make these right now immediately!
(Not Keto, I just love salted meats...)
These "Salami Chips" are perfect for savory food lovers!
- 1/2 lb. sliced salami (for the chips)
For the Dip:
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat oven to 325°. Place salami in a single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp, 20-25 minutes.
- For dip: combine ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
