Protein Lovers, You'll Love Salami Chips

OMG I need to make these right now immediately!

(Not Keto, I just love salted meats...)


These "Salami Chips" are perfect for savory food lovers!




  • 1/2 lb. sliced salami (for the chips)

For the Dip:

  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Place salami in a single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp, 20-25 minutes.
  2. For dip: combine ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
