This Boys Heartwarming Humbolt Gesture Is Going Viral
People all across Canada have been taking part in the #SticksOutForHumbolt movement where people are encouraged to leave hockey sticks outside their door to pay respects for the victims of the tragic accident that took 15 lives. Matthew Heaney was caught on his family's security camera picking up the stick his family left outside, playing with it for a second and giving it a kiss before putting it back and going inside. He had no idea the camera caught his gesture. His sister Victoria posted the video on Twitter where it has been retweeted over 8 thousand times.
My family left a hockey stick on our porch for the humboldt broncos, and our ring doorbell caught this video of my little brother looking at the stick when he came home from school. Watch until the end, heartbreaking. #humboldtstrong pic.twitter.com/6I9Zu6gF9V
