EXPERIMENT: A Life Without Naps

I am a self-professed NAP. QUEEN.

 

A typical day for me would be to wake up at 9ish and go to bed at 1:30ish.

Doing the Evening Show, it takes me a while to wind down after work, but I also hate sleeping in past 10am.

CUE: NAPS.

My late-afternoon nap before work is a staple.

 

Problem is, it always leaves me feeling groggy for the few hours afterward. 

SO I DECIDED TO DO AN EXPERIMENT, and see if I can go a full week with NO. NAPS.

Honestly I'm 100% regretting this but I already told people so I guess it is happening.

Take however much you think I nap, and double it. I typically take MINIMUM an hour nap every single day before I come in. 

 

So how will my life change when I go cold turkey on naps?

Will I be ridiculously more productive? How much extra work will I get done?

OR, will I be unfocused and impossible to deal with?

I'll report back to you next week with all the tips and tricks to staying awake sans-nap.
