    Kick start your morning and recognize Mental Health Week at Mindful Mornings, a collaboration between Grand River Hospital Foundation and Carizon. The breakfast event features speakers who will share stories about their own personal experiences with mental health. Together, we can create positive conversations and decrease stigma in our community. Proceeds will support both organizations and the greatest needs in their mental health programs.
