Is 'Stranger Things' Coming To An End?

Your trips alongside Eleven and the gang to the Upside-Down may be numbered.

Stranger Things has proven to be a popular Netflix series, but with the second season looming, fans should not expect many more opportunities to binge-watch the children of Hawkins, Indiana.

In an interview with Vulture, co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer say that they might wrap up their story in the fourth season. Their reasoning? Matt says: “I don't know if we can justify something bad happening to them once a year.”

The Duffer brothers are already working on a third season, but do not think putting their characters through the Upside-Down on a consistent basis is necessarily “sustainable."
