WATCH: 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' Trailer Debuts

A new trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi debuted Monday night in a very unique way.

Stormtroopers marched onto Chicago’s Soldier Field during halftime at the NHL game as fireworks exploded and the trailer played on the stadium’s big screens.

“When I found you, I saw raw, untamed power and beyond that, something truly special,” says Kylo Ran (Adam Driver) in a voiceover at the beginning of the trailer.

Cut to Rey (Daisy Ridley) wielding a light saber.

The original Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) is seen declaring: “I’ve seen this raw strength only once before.

“It didn’t scare me enough then. It does now.”

All the familiar Star Wars elements are there — droids, fighters, Chewbacca and Princess Leia (the late Carrie Fisher) – as well as some new creatues.

The Last Jedi follows 2015’s The Force Awakens and opens in cinemas on Dec. 15.

We are warned: "This is not going to go the way you think."
