A new survey was done asking guys and girls what they REALLY want this Valentine's Day. The answers weren't overly extravagant, with all of the obvious things making the list. (Think chocolate, flowers and cards for the ladies...and electronics for the guys.)

Last year at this time I wasn't in a good place mentally. I mean, I've always loved my job so coming to work was easy. But at home was a different story. I was short tempered, irritable, emotional...it wasn't good for me or my kids.
So after last year's #BellLetsTalk day I decided to do something about it. Listen to my story here.

I will confess to getting emotional at work, and it all honesty I was surprised to read that men are actually more emotional at work then women are!
