Hot In Kitchen - Bacon Fried Rice



2 cups of COOKED Long Grain Rice (Best to cook it the day before and cool in the fridge if you can).

6 strips of cooked bacon, chopped into small pieces

3 green onions (chopped)

½ cup of frozen peas

2 eggs (scrambled and chopped)

3-4 tbsp Soya Sauce

In a hot skillet, add some oil and put in the cooked rice. Fry it up for a few minutes, and get the oil into it. Add in your frozen peas, onions and bacon. Continue to mix that up in the pan for another minute and add in the cooked egg. Stir for another minute, and add in the soya sauce. Allow it to cook for another two minutes, and serve.
