High Schools Will Close Wednesday If One-Day Strike Goes Ahead: UCDSB

The Upper Canada District School Board says high schools will be closed if the one-day strike tomorrow goes ahead.

In a statement the board says in the event of a strike there will be no classes or extracurricular activities for students in Grades 9 to 12 on December 4th.

Elementary school classes will continue as usual.

They say they will continue to keep parents updated as strike discussions continue.

Ange-Gabriel, which is under the Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE), say they will also be closed for the day.
