It's time to turn the clock back one hour when daylight saving time ends on Sunday.

In Ontario, daylight saving officially ends at 2a.m. Eastern Time. At that point, the clocks will officially be set back to 1a.m.

Daylight time, often referred to as "daylight saving time," is in effect from March to November. Clocks are moved forward an hour in the spring, then set back in the fall.

There is growing support to ditch the change. On Thursday, British Columbia introduced legislation to end the seasonale time change.
