OAW: Local councillor says proposed bag-and-tag garbage system will be a "nightmare"
The city has proposed to introduce a partial pay-as-you-throw garbage system that would introduce tags for garbage bags limited to 55 a year.
George Darouze, Osgoode Ward Councillor, tells Andrew Pinsent he thinks the system would have issues in rural areas and will be a "nightmare" for residents.
