A new U.S. study says that more adults are taking over-the-counter Melatonin to get to sleep. In fact, some may be so desperate for some much-needed shut-eye that they are using it at dangerously high levels. Published in the American medical journal JAMA, findings from 2018 reveal that Americans were taking more than twice the amount of Melatonin compared to 2008. Kristy Cameron tries to make sense of it all with Dr. Elliott Lee, the Director of The Royal’s Sleep Disorders Clinic.
