OC Transpo’s transit overhaul is expected to save City Hall $10 million. It comes at the cost of several routes, while others have been revised to maximize transit efficiency. But as the daily work commute continues to change post-COVID, Ottawa is still lagging behind some of Canada’s biggest cities.
