Over the course of a month’s long investigation into the death of a Sikh activist, the Canadian government has amassed both human intelligence and signals intelligence. That information didn’t solely surface from Canada, as an unnamed ally in the Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance was allegedly helping behind the scenes. These developments have caused a major rift between India and Canada, a grudge that only grows with each passing day.
