Earlier this week, city staff pointed to a $6.6 billion hole in OC Transpo’s backyard, with budgetary pressures looming large over the next 25 years. The transit service is also facing a fiscal deficit of $30 million in 2023. And now, Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe is calling on other levels of government to lend a helping hand.
