Tireless efforts to stop a proposed condo development on Juno Beach in France, where hundreds of Canadians died during the D-Day landings of the Second World War, have shown to be effective. Cindy Clegg, organizer of the 'Save Juno Beach' campaign, tells Evan a meeting between Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and French President Emmanuel Macron resulted in their commitment to protect the site.
