A group of young Canadians has launched a court challenge to lower Canada's federal voting age from 18. Zoey Purves, a 17-year-old litigant from Ottawa, tells Evan the section of the Canada Elections Act which disallows Canadians under 18 from voting in federal elections is unconstitutional.
