NTT: Quebec’s family doctor crisis the worst in Canada

Millions of Canadians are without a family doctor or primary care provider. The issue is most prominent in Quebec, which is short 1,000 general practitioners and has the highest rate of people in Canada without a regular physician. Dr. Michael Kalin, a family physician in Côte Saint-Luc, describes the crisis in his province to guest host Deb Hutton.
