OAW: Brainy Active Walk For Dementia Sunday
This weekend is the annual Brainy Active Walk for Dementia in Ottawa put on by the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County. The walk takes place Sunday September 24 from 10am to 1pm at The NEW Dementia Society Centre for Ottawa at 2327 St. Laurent Blvd.
Wendy Grimshaw, Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County CEO joined Patricia Boal to talk about the walk and where the funds will go for research to prevent dementia.
