OAW: Upstream Ottawa program supports Black youth struggling with mental health substance abuse issues

The Substance Abuse Program for African Canadian and Caribbean Youth aims to help connect Black youth in the capital with Black clinicians and find the support they need to deal with substance abuse and mental health problems. Upstream Ottawa facilitates the program.
