British Columbia is about to become the first Canadian province to offer free prescription contraception, a plan that comes into effect on April 1. It will offer most oral hormone pills, contraceptive injections, copper and hormonal intrauterine devices, subdermal implants, and Plan B. Should our province follow suit?
