Woman extricated after rollover on Trim Rd.

Ottawa Firefighters say they had to take the roof off of a van overnight, after a crash on Trim Rd. at Springridge Dr.

The van overturned at around 4:00 a.m. There was a woman trapped inside. After taking the roof off, firefighters were able to get her out safely.

The whole process took about 45 minutes.

She was sent to hospital in the care of paramedics, firefighters say, but she was conscious during the rescue process and her injuries appear to be minor.
