Some nail salon owners in Ottawa are worried their industry’s reputation will take a hit after a nail salon in Kingston, Ontario made headlines last week. At last check, public health officials have reported 27 laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 connected to an outbreak at Binh's Nails and Spa. Natalie Esau is the owner of the Upkeep Shoppe in Ottawa and she says this incident is not a reflection of the entire industry. She joins Kristy Cameron on Ottawa Now.​
