Quebec Premier Francois Legault has announced a curfew from 8pm to 5am, will begin this Saturday and end on February 8. Violators could be fined between $1,000 and $6,000. David Heurtel, a former Quebec Liberal Cabinet Minister and current political analyst, says this is about saving the province’s healthcare system, which he says is ‘on the brink’. He joins Kristy Cameron on today’s Ottawa Now.​
